Sir Michael Philip "Mick" Jagger was born on the 26th of July in 1943. I've created this caricature of Mick Jagger. This caricature drawing is hand drawn with coloring done in Photoshop. The Photoshop techniques can be learned with the many tutorials on youtube. I did represent the English singer as a hard edged character. His Facial Features are well known by the caricaturist community. Many caricaturists have gone to town on Mick's lips. The great caricaturist Sebastian Kruger has a book out with fantastic caricatures of the Stones. Being a succesful songwriter, Mick is world known for his work as lead singer of The Rolling Stones.
The Rolling Stones started in the1960's British invasion with Mick Jagger as frontman. The Rolling Stones were the Bad Boys of Rock compared to the straight laced Beatles. Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards took the 1960s the group into a major rock band. He also worked with David Bowie. Other members of the Stones include Ron Wood, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts.
He was knighted in 2003.
